Tandoori Nights..Delicious December--Every Year New Exitment..

Since 1997 the college is regularly organizing different events that include Theme Dinner, Theme Restaurant, Food Weeks and Food Festivals. All activities of the event are carried out by the students under the guidance of the faculty and core team.

Likewise this year the students of the college had worked hard on different special preparations from SOutheast Asian Cuisine along with Chinese and Indian Cuisines, with an affirmative note they are organizing the food festival Tandoori Nights Delicious December 2017. No wonder the “Tandoori Nights” is the iconic event of the Orange City associated with the institute. 

Some of the finest preparations are being cooked and served live in front of the guest. This time the level is taken to the higher side that will definitely increase the curiosity of the people and at the same time it will increase the showmanship of the students. 

The core team of students behind all the work is putting their managerial skill to an acid test by this event. The core management activity of planning to executions is done under the guidance of the faculty of the institute as well as the juniors in the college are assigned different work so as to give them a prima fascia of the modus operandi of the event management, thereby making them geared up to organize such event every year. The participative working is now the tradition of the institute.
